Construction Manager

The 8 acre site selected for the distribution center consisted primarily of solid limestone rock. The rock had to be drilled and blasted in order to allow excavation for the installation of foundations and sub grade utilities. The facility consists of 62,000 square feet of distribution area and 4,000 square feet of office. Other aspects of this project include a Pre-engineered metal building with split faced block veneer at the front of the building and metal siding for the remainder of the building. The site was contained by 2,100 lineal feet of security fencing and encompasses 120,000 square feet of paving.
